Freight is what decides your margin, not the unit price. You get the packed dimensions and weights before you commit.

It depends on the product, and we will not publish a number here that would be wrong for half of them. MOQ is quoted per product and per colour, in writing, alongside the price.
If you tell us the product and the quantity you want to start with, we will tell you what the factory can actually do. Trial quantities are possible on some lines and not on others.
Yes. You can place an order directly, and samples are also available on request if you would like to review a product.
Samples are charged at cost plus freight, and we will tell you whether the sample is the exact production item or a hand-made pre-production piece. Those are not the same thing, and the difference matters.
Both. Private label starts from a product that already exists, and we change the packaging, colour, branding and specification. It is the faster and cheaper route.
OEM and custom tooling start from your design or your reference sample, and the product becomes exclusive to you. It takes longer and requires a tooling investment, so it only makes sense above a certain volume.

We quote both and you choose. Ex-works means you control the freight and the forwarder, which is usually cheaper if you already have a forwarder you trust. Delivered means we handle it and you get one number.
We will also tell you the packed volume and weight before you commit, because that is the number that decides whether the order works.
The defective rate is agreed in writing before production starts, together with the remedy if it is exceeded. That conversation happens at quotation stage, not after the container lands.
Inspect on arrival and send photographs. Quality disputes are decided on evidence, and the earlier we see it the more we can do.
No. MewPurr sources non-food pet products only. Toys, accessories, grooming, feeding hardware, home and lifestyle, travel, litter hardware and the non-consumable supplies around them.
If you need food, we are not the right supplier and we will say so in the first email rather than the fourth.
