Confirm the destination, named place, delivery term, transport method and any freight or insurance arrangements before ordering. These determine who pays each cost and where transport risk passes.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery arrangements for business orders are confirmed in your quotation and order confirmation.
1. Delivery terms
2. Production and dispatch
Lead time depends on the selected products, quantity, customisation, payment and agreed production conditions. Your quotation and order confirmation state the expected schedule. No single dispatch period applies to every product.
Changes to artwork, packaging or quantities may affect the schedule. Any material change is confirmed in writing.
3. Freight, customs and documents
Packed dimensions and weight are confirmed for the order so freight can be arranged. Duties, taxes, customs clearance, importer responsibilities and required documentation follow the agreed delivery term and destination requirements.
Confirm required test reports, labels and compliance documents for your market before production. Availability must be verified for the selected product and order.
4. Receipt and delivery issues
Check carton condition, quantities and product codes on receipt. Record visible transport damage with the carrier and keep photographs and packaging.
For shortages, wrong goods or suspected defects, follow Refund & Claims and the conditions in your order confirmation. Contact info@mewpurr.com with your order reference.
