From a brief to a container, in five steps.

No portal, no account, no dashboard. A sourcing desk works by email and by looking at the actual product, and this is what that looks like from your side.

  1. You send a brief

Category, the market you sell in, the price point you need to hit, and roughly how much you want to start with. There is no account to create and no form that asks for twelve things before it will submit. If you only have two of those four, send the two.

Takes a few minutes. We answer questions before we answer prices.

  2. We shortlist, and we tell you what does not exist

We check the manufacturers we work with against your price point and your market. Sometimes the answer is that nothing at your price will survive; sometimes it is that the product exists but the certification you need does not come with it. Both of those are useful answers, and they arrive in week one rather than month four.

This is the step where we most often say no. It is cheaper for both of us.

  3. Order directly. Samples available on request.

Ready to order? Send us your selected products, quantities and packaging requirements so we can prepare your quotation and order confirmation. Samples are also available on request, with sample and freight costs confirmed in advance.

Order directly, or request a sample if you need one.

  4. Specification and price, in writing

Material, dimensions, packing, MOQ per product and per colour, lead time and Incoterm go into a written quotation and order confirmation. Anything discussed but not written down does not form part of the order — which is why we put everything in the confirmation.

Packed volume and weight come before you commit, because that is what decides your freight.

  5. Production, inspection, shipment

We follow the run and look at the goods before they leave. If something is wrong at that point we hold the shipment and tell you — that is the cheapest possible moment to find a fault, and it is the reason we would rather inspect than promise.

On arrival, anything short, wrong or faulty is handled under Refund & Claims, with a written process instead of an argument.

What we need from you

  • What you are selling and where — retail, online, distribution
  • The retail price point you need the product to sit at
  • Rough volume for the first order, even if it is a guess
  • Your market, because certification obligations differ by country
  • Whether your name needs to be on the product or the pack

What we will not do

  • Publish a price, an MOQ or a lead time on this website. They are quoted per product and per colour, in writing.
  • Sell you food, or anything a pet eats. Non-food only, across both lines.
  • Sell to consumers, or run a checkout. This is a trade desk.
  • Promise a certification a factory cannot produce. We tell you which documents exist and which do not.
  • Take an order below the factory minimum and hope it works out. We will tell you what the factory can actually do.

Send the brief. Ask the awkward question first.

The most useful first email is the one that says what you are worried about — the margin, the certification, the previous supplier who let you down. That is the part we can actually help with.
