We collect information you send through an enquiry form or by email, including your name, email, company, country, product interest, quantity and any specifications or message you provide. Required fields are marked on the form.

Our server may record IP addresses, request times and browser information for security and troubleshooting.

The current website configuration has no optional analytics or advertising service registered in the Cookie settings.

If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, the contact window prepares the message you type and, on a product page, the product name, SKU and page link. Following the chat link opens WhatsApp; you decide whether to send the message there. WhatsApp processes information under its own privacy terms. You can also contact us by email.

We use enquiry details to answer questions, prepare quotations and discuss orders. Depending on the request and applicable law, processing may be needed for pre-contractual steps or our legitimate interest in responding to business contacts. Order records may also be retained to meet legal obligations.

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Optional analytics and marketing services, if introduced, require a separate Cookie choice.

To quote a product we have to ask a factory about it. Your brief — the product type, quantity, target market and any specification you send — may be shared with the manufacturer we are sourcing from. We share as little as the answer requires, and we do not hand over your company name unless the sourcing actually needs it.

Beyond that: our email provider and web host process the message and the logs on our instructions. Where a shipment is arranged, freight forwarders receive the delivery address and contact details that the shipment needs.

We do not sell your data. We do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

Enquiries, order correspondence, specifications and invoices are retained for 180 days, subject to any longer period required by applicable record-keeping law.

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, receive it in a portable format, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to the contact above and we will answer within one month.

If you are in the EU or the UK you can also complain to your national data protection authority. We would rather you told us first — most problems here are a misdirected email, not a policy failure.

The website remembers your requested language in browser local storage under mewpurr-world. The Cookie plugin records your choice in the first-party mpcc_consent cookie for up to 180 days. These records do not contain your enquiry or email text.

Optional analytics and marketing remain disabled unless you allow them. You can change or withdraw your choice using Cookie settings in the footer or the floating button. Read the Cookie Policy for the current storage inventory.

The Translator processes pasted email text in your browser. It does not upload or save the email text through the translation tool. Avoid including information that is not needed for your request.

We update the date on this page when its content changes. If new services change how personal data or optional storage is used, this policy and the Cookie Policy must be updated before those services are enabled.
