Trade terms, in plain language.

MewPurr supplies businesses, not consumers. There is no checkout on this site, and that is deliberate — a container is negotiated, not clicked. Here is what doing business with us actually involves.

Who we supply

Retailers and chains

You need product on a shelf at a price that leaves you a margin after freight. We will tell you when the maths does not work instead of selling you the container anyway.

Online stores and marketplaces

Packed volume decides your landed cost per unit, and return rates decide whether you keep the margin. Both are quoted before you commit.

Distributors and wholesalers

Repeatability matters more than the first order. A second run that does not match the first is worse than no second run, so that is what we check.

Brands and private label

Your name on the product or the pack. We change packaging, colour and specification from an existing body, or start from your own design where the volume justifies tooling.

The commercial basics

Currency

Quoted in the currency named on the quotation. Bank charges and conversion costs sit with the payer unless the order confirmation says otherwise.

Incoterms

We quote both ends and you choose: usually EXW if you have a forwarder you trust, FOB, or delivered if you would rather have one number. The term decides where risk passes, so it is written on the confirmation.

Minimum order quantity

Per product and per colour, quoted in writing. It is a factory constraint. If your first order is below it, we tell you what is possible rather than accepting an order we cannot fill.

Payment

As agreed on the order confirmation — commonly a deposit with the balance before shipment. Nothing goes into production before the agreed deposit clears.

Samples

You can place an order directly. Samples are also available on request and are charged at cost plus freight. We confirm whether the sample is a production unit or a pre-production piece.

Documents

Packing list, invoice and the product documentation a factory can actually issue for your market. Where a certificate does not exist, we say so rather than implying it does.

Stock, private label, or your own mould

Three routes, and the right one depends on your volume and how much of the product needs to be yours:

  • Stock range — an existing product, fastest route, no tooling cost.
  • Private label — existing body, your packaging, colour and printed specification.
  • Your own tooling — starts from your design or reference sample, and the shape becomes yours. Slower, needs volume, and the tooling terms are agreed in writing before anything is cut.

If you need a number before you can talk

Send the category, the country and a target retail price. That is enough for us to tell you whether the product exists in your band — and if it does not, that is still an answer worth having today rather than in a month.
