Where does Mew Purr ship?
Mew Purr is a small studio based in London, UK. Our warehouse, however, is located in Ningbo, China, where I discovered a community of skilled artisans who share the same passion and vision as I do.
How long will it take my order to ship?
Since our products are handmade, it usually takes 2 business days to prepare them for shipping.
Once we receive your order, we will promptly share all the necessary updates with you, including the production status and shipping information.
If you choose expedited shipping, your package will typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
For standard shipping, delivery usually takes 5-7 business days.
Please note that customs processing may cause delays, and the duration of such delays is beyond our control.
How can I change my shipping address?
We will do our best to accommodate any change requests, but cannot guarantee that updates will be made before your order ships. If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email: support@mewpurr.com.
Can I change or cancel my order?

For pre-orders, changes or cancellations can only be made during the pre-order period.Please reach out to support@mewpurr.com as soon as possible after you place an order and our team will work with you to resolve any issues.
Please note that our business hours are Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification, which will provide a link to order tracking details. Occasionally, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to provide tracking info once your order ships. If you still have questions, reach out to support@mewpurr.com.
Why isn't my tracking updating?
Unfortunately sometimes there are delays in the UPS and USPS tracking systems, but they should be rectified within a day or so.
If you see no movement or change for 5 business days, please feel free to reach out to our team at support@mewpurr.com.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
returned within 30 days for a refund or items can be exchanged within 45 days. At this time, we do not accept exchanges for limited-edition collections. Items discounted 40% or more are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
What about limited-edition collections?
Our limited-edition collections are final sale.
